When Truth Doesn’t Trend: Why the Ceasefire Collapsed… Again
Are you surprised that the ceasefire deal is over?
Are you ready to blame Israel again?
Because before you point fingers, ask yourself: who broke the deal barely a day after the living hostages returned?
Hamas did.
This is not opinion. This is not propaganda. This is the documented, brutal reality that too many journalists, politicians, and activists conveniently ignore in their race to make Israel the villain of the story. Let’s walk through what actually happened, not the fantasy circulating on social media, but the factual sequence of events that destroyed any chance for the ceasefire to survive.
Hamas Broke Every Single Clause of the Deal
Who refused to disarm and instead used the ceasefire to regroup militarily?
Hamas did.
Who executed Gaza civilians in cold blood for allegedly “collaborating” with Israel?
Hamas did… again.
Who refused to return all the deceased hostages as agreed?
Hamas did.
Who brought back the wrong body?
Hamas did, a grotesque act proving they never negotiated in good faith.
Who staged a theatrical “discovery” of a partial body just to manipulate the media?
Hamas did.
Who ambushed an IDF soldier behind the designated Yellow Line, the area guaranteed safe under the ceasefire, and murdered him?
Hamas did.
Who plotted and carried out a terror attack inside Israel during the supposed “peace”?
Hamas did, killing an elderly Israeli citizen.
And who robbed humanitarian aid convoys, again, stealing food meant for Gaza’s civilians?
Hamas did.
For every violation, Israel held its fire. For every betrayal, Israel still waited. But a ceasefire cannot exist when only one side observes it.
The Cost of Political Theater
The Trump “peace deal” brought one good outcome: the living hostages returned home. That is priceless. But beyond that, the deal exposed a hard truth; Israel was left alone, again, to face the consequences while world leaders posed for victory photos.
Trump celebrated political points and business profits worth hundreds of millions, while Israel returned to the battlefield to clean up the mess, the same battlefield that the international community pretends doesn’t exist.
Israel did what it had to do.
Israel took out senior Hamas leaders, as any responsible nation would do when promised safety collapses into treachery.
And yet, who will the world blame again?
Israel.
It is always easier to condemn the democracy defending itself than the terrorist group violating every law, agreement, and humanitarian norm.
A Small Nation Surrounded by a Sea of Hostility
Israel is tiny, roughly 22,000 km². Now compare that to the vastness of the Arab world surrounding it:
- Egypt: ~1,000,000 km²
- Jordan: ~89,000 km²
- Syria: ~185,000 km²
- Lebanon: ~10,000 km²
- Saudi Arabia: ~2,150,000 km²
- Iraq: ~437,000 km²
That’s nearly 4 million km² of territory encircling a country smaller than New Jersey, a nation constantly told it cannot defend itself without being accused of “aggression.”
If Israel lays down its arms, there is no Israel.
If Hamas lays down its arms, there is peace.
A Message to the United States: Stop Flirting With Dictators
There is no time to cozy up to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, or any regional player who funds or enables terror while smiling for Western cameras. Israel is not fighting for prestige, oil, or influence. Israel is fighting for existence, a concept the world loves to underestimate.
Because, as Israelis say, Ein Li Eretz Acheret…I have no other land.
And yet once again, the United States has failed its only true democratic ally in the Middle East. Not with words, America has plenty of those, but with actions that empower those who seek Israel’s destruction.
Hamas Never Wanted Peace
Saudi state-owned Al Arabiya itself, not an Israeli outlet, reported the following:
“The agreement is over and Hamas is ready to fight.”
This statement came as Hamas attempted to breach Gaza’s Yellow Line and as the IDF worked to prevent terrorists from infiltrating Israeli territory. Hamas even warned US envoy Steve Witkoff that it would end the ceasefire entirely. This is not a peace partner; it is a death cult.
The Truth Will Outlive the Lies
A ceasefire requires two sides committed to peace. Israel was.
Hamas wasn’t.
And until the world finally admits that, the people of Israel will continue to stand alone, proud, resilient, unbroken.
Because Israel fights not for conquest, but for survival. And survival is a right no nation should have to apologize for.
